Refund Policy

First purchase: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
How to request: email hello@tokeburn.com from your account email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment provider.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK law.
