• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment and to renewal payments alike.
• How to request a refund: refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net to manage your purchase and request a refund, or email hello@tokeburn.com from your account email and we will assist.
• Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK or EU consumer law.
