Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026.

1. Who we are

Tokeburn ("Tokeburn", "we", "us") is a software service operated by Nadine Friday, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@tokeburn.com.

2. What Tokeburn is

Tokeburn is a subscription web application that helps you track and understand the efficiency of your AI spending across the tools and API providers you connect. We provide analytics on your own usage and spend. We do not resell AI compute, model access, or any third-party subscription.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any access tokens secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Tokeburn is billed as a recurring subscription, either $29/month or $290/year. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, via Paddle, or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals while leaving access active until the end of the current paid period. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Intellectual property

Tokeburn, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Nadine Friday and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with your subscription. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break or probe its security (including malware, scraping, or unauthorized access), infringe intellectual property rights, resell or redistribute the service, or use it unlawfully or fraudulently. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Your data and third parties

Tokeburn connects to third-party tools and APIs you choose to link. You are responsible for complying with those third parties' terms. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

Tokeburn is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Metrics are estimates based on the data your connected tools provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokeburn and its operator are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), or for decisions you make based on the analytics provided. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow such limitation.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the current terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
